We want you to be completely satisfied with Aurex Fitness. This policy explains how your 14-day free trial works and what happens after it ends.
We stand behind Aurex Fitness. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason before day 14 of your free trial of purchase, your card will not be charged — no questions asked.
All new subscriptions are eligible for a full refund before day 14 of the initial purchase date. If you signed up and feel Aurex Fitness is not right for you — contact us before day 14 and we will refund your payment in full.
After the 14-day free trial period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to Aurex Fitness until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation and you retain full access until your billing period ends.
When you cancel during your free trial no payment is ever taken. Your access to Aurex ends immediately upon cancellation. There is nothing to process, no waiting period, and no money exchanged. It is completely clean and instant.
If you have a billing issue or were charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at hello@aurexfitness.app and we will resolve it as a priority.
We understand that sometimes life happens. If you have an exceptional circumstance outside our standard policy — such as a medical emergency or technical issues preventing you from using the platform — please reach out and we will review your case individually. We want to be fair and reasonable with every member.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Aurex Fitness after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
