You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. By using Aurex Fitness, you assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the platform. Aurex Fitness, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome resulting from use of the platform.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
All content on Aurex Fitness including but not limited to the platform design, code, graphics, exercise database, branding, and text is the intellectual property of Aurex Fitness and is protected by copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking purposes only.
Your personal fitness data — workout logs, weight entries, water intake — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@aurexfitness.app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. In cases of serious violation, termination may occur without prior notice and without refund.
Upon termination your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export any information you wish to keep.
